The P8S Smart Tray System offers one of the most efficient and flexi­ble storage solutions world­wide. Handling single items on trays or extended Tray Box units across both ambient and cold environ­ments. It is also fully compat­i­ble with standard bins up to 400 × 600 mm, which can be seamlessly managed on P8S trays.

Smart Tray

Is both, a load carrier and a system platform — the physi­cal and digital inter­face that enables to add modular functions, seamless integra­tion and intel­li­gent mater­ial flow. The smart Tray comes with inside measures of 403 x 603 mm and 3.5 cm height, avail­able in three injec­tion moulded weight classes (special trays also avail­able like anti-static or trays in aluminum): Light: up to 3 kg, e.g. for fashion and light products. Medium: up to 12 kg, Heavy: up to 30 kg, with reinforced bottom

Tray Box Extension Frames

Some products and appli­ca­tions require a box. Or even one with variable height that can be adjusted during loading and unload­ing. To achieve this, we invented special exten­sion frames for small loads that click onto the tray inter­face, trans­form­ing it into a Tray Box. Up to three exten­sion frames can be added to create s high Tray Box. These frames can be attached or removed while the tray is loaded, allow­ing dynamic space utiliza­tion in the warehouse.

Tray Box Thermo

To offer a flexi­ble solution for temperature-controlled storage and trans­port, we devel­oped the Tray Box Thermo line — insulated exten­sion frames for trays designed for frozen, chilled, or warm appli­ca­tions. Optional with passive cooling or heating modules to further extend temper­a­ture stabil­ity during trans­port and short-term storage.

Tray and Tray Box Dividers

Sometimes really small products are to be stored in small volumes, or assem­blies to be arranged for efficient picking. There­fore we added a set of flexi­ble dividers (1/2 to 1/12th) or fix dividers (1/8 to 1/40) to create separate compart­ments on a tray.
