The P8S Smart Tray System offers one of the most efficient and flexible storage solutions worldwide. Handling single items on trays or extended Tray Box units across both ambient and cold environments. It is also fully compatible with standard bins up to 400 × 600 mm, which can be seamlessly managed on P8S trays.
Smart Tray
Is both, a load carrier and a system platform — the physical and digital interface that enables to add modular functions, seamless integration and intelligent material flow. The smart Tray comes with inside measures of 403 x 603 mm and 3.5 cm height, available in three injection moulded weight classes (special trays also available like anti-static or trays in aluminum): Light: up to 3 kg, e.g. for fashion and light products. Medium: up to 12 kg, Heavy: up to 30 kg, with reinforced bottom
Tray Box Extension Frames
Some products and applications require a box. Or even one with variable height that can be adjusted during loading and unloading. To achieve this, we invented special extension frames for small loads that click onto the tray interface, transforming it into a Tray Box. Up to three extension frames can be added to create s high Tray Box. These frames can be attached or removed while the tray is loaded, allowing dynamic space utilization in the warehouse.
Tray Box Thermo
To offer a flexible solution for temperature-controlled storage and transport, we developed the Tray Box Thermo line — insulated extension frames for trays designed for frozen, chilled, or warm applications. Optional with passive cooling or heating modules to further extend temperature stability during transport and short-term storage.
Tray and Tray Box Dividers
Sometimes really small products are to be stored in small volumes, or assemblies to be arranged for efficient picking. Therefore we added a set of flexible dividers (1/2 to 1/12th) or fix dividers (1/8 to 1/40) to create separate compartments on a tray.
